Frequently Asked Questions
You may return items within 24 hours from the time of purchase. The tag must still be on the item.
We do not accept returns on jewelery or makeup.
Consignors may use earnings from the sale of their items as store credit at the point of sale, or request payment of their account balance at any time.
You may call any time during business hours to check the balance in your account.
No appointment is necessary. Consignment Intake hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00am-6:00pm.
Our take in days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Please note: We are not currently taking new items until further notice.
We take Spring and Summer items March through June, and Fall and Winter items August through January.
All consignors get the choice to donate or pickup their items we cannot sell. Any items donated go to MidCo Clothes and More in Vinita, OK.
It is a non-profit agency that provides jobs for developmentally disabled adults.
At the time of drop-off, consignors are given the option to donate or pick up their unsold items.
If you chose to pick up your unsold items, when you drop them off you will be given a pick up date, which is approximately 90 days from the day you dropped them off.
You must call prior to the pickup date given. When you call, your name is added to a list so we can gather your unsold items so they are ready for you on the date given.
