Do I need to make an appointment to bring in clothes?
No appointment is necessary. Consignment Intake hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00am-6:00pm.
Can I check my account balance over the phone?
You may call any time during business hours to check the balance in your account.
Can I use the money I make from consigned clothes towards purchasing items in the store?
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 24 hours from the time of purchase. The tag must still be on the item.
When can I bring in my items to consign?
Our take in days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
What months can I bring in my Spring/Summer items? What months can I bring in my Fall/Winter items?
We take Spring and Summer items March through June, and Fall and Winter items August through January.
Where do the items I donate go?
All consignors get the choice to donate or pickup their items we cannot sell. Any items donated go to MidCo Clothes and More in Vinita, OK.
If my items do not sell, what happens?
At the time of drop-off, consignors are given the option to donate or pick up their unsold items.
